SAFT AGREEMENT FOR THE PRE-SALE ROUND OF THE $SOUL TOKEN ALLOCATION

 

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

 

1.1. This agreement is a contract between you, as the investor, and the company Soul Vault AI, governing your investment in $SOUL tokens within the Pre-Sale Round.

 

1.2. The subject of this agreement is your right to receive $SOUL tokens in the Pre-Sale round, which will be transferred to you after the round concludes and before the tokens are listed on the exchange.

 

2. INVESTMENT TERMS

 

2.1. The investor agrees to contribute to the Soul Vault AI project by sending USDT via the payment system NOWPAYMENTS.IO.

 

2.2. The investment amount can be selected by you within the range of $100 to $50,000.

 

2.3. $SOUL tokens will be sent to you before the token listing on the exchange. The exact date and time of token distribution will be announced later.

 

2.4. The distribution of $SOUL tokens will be carried out according to the publicly available tokenomics, which is published on the official project website.

 

3. CONFIRMATION AND AGREEMENT

 

3.1. You confirm and agree that you have participated in the Pre-Sale Round and accept the terms outlined in this offer agreement.

3.3. You confirm that you are not a U.S. citizen and that you are not violating any laws in your country by making this investment.

8. RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

9. FINAL PROVISIONS

 

9.1. This agreement is effective from the moment you check the box confirming acceptance of the terms and complete the investment in the Pre-Sale Round.

 

9.2. In case of any disputes, the parties agree to resolve them through negotiation, and if necessary, through legal action.
